Questions related to the subsequent use and precautions of multi-column packaging machines

Ⅰ.Inadequate or improper lubrication

Failure to add lubricating oil in a timely manner after installation, or using lubricating oil of an inappropriate model, can cause increased noise and accelerated wear during the operation of the cutting tool.

①. Neglecting the lubrication step leads to an increase in frictional resistance between the cutting tool and the fixture, resulting in abnormal noise;

②. The type of lubricating oil does not match. For example, using lubricating oil with excessively low viscosity fails to form an effective oil film, leading to accelerated wear of components; using lubricating oil with excessively high viscosity will increase operating resistance and affect the rotational speed of the tool.

①. Immediately after installation, in accordance with the requirements of the equipment instruction manual, add the specified type of lubricating oil (such as No. 32 or No. 46 mechanical oil) to key parts such as the tool rotating shaft and fixture contact surfaces. The amount of oil added should be such that the oil level reaches the oil gauge scale line;

②. If the wrong type of lubricating oil has been added, it is necessary to first drain the old oil, flush the lubrication channels with clean kerosene, let them dry, and then add the correct type of lubricating oil; run the equipment for 10-15 minutes and observe if there is still noise. If the noise disappears, it indicates that the lubrication is normal.

Ⅱ. Inadequate safe operations

①. Failure to cut off the power supply before operation, and accidental contact with the switch while adjusting the tool, causing the tool to rotate suddenly and leading to a safety accident;

②. When encountering professional issues (such as severe damage to cutting tools or equipment malfunctions), disassembling and repairing the equipment without authorization, resulting in secondary damage to the equipment.

①. Weak safety awareness, failure to strictly abide by operating procedures, and existence of a fluke mentality;

②. Being unfamiliar with the equipment structure and maintenance knowledge, lacking professional maintenance skills, and operating blindly.

①. Before operation, the main power supply of the equipment must be cut off, and a warning sign "Under maintenance, do not switch on" must be hung at the power switch to prevent misoperation by others; when adjusting the cutter, manually rotate the cutter to confirm that there is no power supply before proceeding with the operation;

②.When encountering professional issues, stop the operation immediately, record the problem phenomena (such as the location of tool damage, equipment error codes, etc.), contact the equipment after-sales personnel in a timely manner, provide detailed problem information, and let professional personnel carry out maintenance; it is prohibited to disassemble the core components of the equipment by yourself to avoid causing greater losses.
